Colby-Sawyer Athletics

As a junior: Liz played in all 19 of the Chargers' game at defense. She and her teammates were responsible for five shutouts on the season. Liz recorded a goal and an assist in 2010.

As a sophomore: Liz continued to be an offensive threat for Colby-Sawyer in her second year. She started in all but one of the teams' games and recorded three goals and one assist. Liz was third on the team with seven points. One of her three goals was the game-winner and lone goal against Gordon on Oct. 3.

As a freshman: Liz made an immediate impact in her first collegiate game as she scored the game-tying goal against 21st ranked Worcester State on Aug 29. She also added an assist on the Chargers' first goal. Liz played in and started 16 of the teams 19 contests. Her other goal was the game-winner against Anna Maria on Sept. 13.

At Bancroft: Allen was a standout athlete for the Bulldogs. She earned varsity letters in soccer, volleyball and lacrosse. Allen was named to the Eastern Independent All-League Team in all three sports. She led her soccer team to a 12-7 record in her senior year. Allen won four straight NEPSAC Championships in volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Halley and Gus Allen. Has one sister named Sarah. Majoring in History.
