Summary

Biography

In 2008-09: Bowie is one of the top sprint swimmers, having earned several top finishes in the 50 and 100 fly and 100 IM. At the TCCC Invitational, hosted by Roger Williams University, Bowie finished first in the 50 and 100 yard butterfly, and second in the 500 yard freestyle. He also helped his 200 Medley relay team to a second place finish. Bowie holds the 100 IM record with a time of 56.55 seconds as well as part of the 400 Free Relay record with a time of 3:25.34.

High School: As a freshman, Bowie finished fifth place in the State Championship meet in the Freestyle. From 2004-2007 his team went undefeated and won the state championship three times.

Personal: Son of Dwight and Debra Bowie. Has two brothers, Jared and Nathan, and one sister, Erin. Majoring in Communications with a minor in Sociology.
