As a senior: Mari played in all 28 of Colby-Sawyer's games in her final season. She averaged 13.8 minutes per game and was third on the team with 4.9 boards per game. Her best game of the season came on December 3 against Plymouth. She recorded a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds, while shooting 5-7 from the floor.Â
As a junior: Mari averaged 3.6 points and 5.0 rebounds in 27 games off the bench. She was third on the team with 15 blocks, which included a career-high four against Maine Maritime on Jan. 4.
As a sophomore: Mari started in 11 of her 22 appearances, averaging 11 minutes per game. She pulled down 4.2 rebounds per game and was fourth on the team with nine blocks.Â
As a freshman: Mari played an important role in the post for the Chargers in her first season. She played in all 25 games and earned the start 13 times. Mari led the team with 7.1 rebounds per game and shot an impressive 46.2% from the floor. Highlighting her season was a 16 point performance at Tufts and an 18 rebounds game against Clarkson. The 18 rebounds is the 7th most for a single game in school history.
At Carver: Mari played varsity basketball and track and field all four years for the Crusaders. Her basketball team made playoffs all four seasons and she was named South Shore League all-star twice. She also was a three-time track and field all-star and qualified for states three years. Mari is an honor roll student.
Personal: Daughter of Bob and Paula Meserve. Has an older brother named Robert. Mari is a Psychology major.
