Biography

As a junior: Scheiner picked up a pair of wins in six appearances on the mound. He was one of five Chargers to have a sub 4.00 ERA at 3.86. Scheiner surrendered just one walk in 25.2 innings. He helped the pitching staff lead the nation in fewest walks per nine innings at 2.14.

As a sophomore: Jordie made 10 appearances in the field and five separate stints on the mound. He earned two starts and pick up a save in 15 innings of work.

As a freshman: Jordie appeared in 17 games, while earning the start 11 times. He scored 13 runs, which was sixth on the team.

At Wooster: Jordie was a four year infielder for the Wooster baseball team. He was a Hudson Valley Athletic League All-League selection three times and was a two-time MVP.  

Personal: Son of Elliot and Diana. Has a brother named Mathew. Jordie is a Sport Management major.
