Biography

In 2008-09: Worden has developed into one of the top distance freestyle and IM swimmers on the team. He earned his first collegiate win in the 800 freestyle in a meet against Elms College. At the TCCC Invitational, Worden was a member of the first place 800 yard freestyle relay team and the second place 400 yard freestyle relay team. Worden holds part of the 400 Free Relay record with a time of 3:25.34.

Personal: Son of Stephen and Kelly Worden. Has a younger brother named Connor. Majoring in Exercise and Sport Sciences, with a concentration in Sport Management.
