As a senior: Claire continued to climb the ranks on the all-time wins list with another impressive season on the court. She picked up 13 singles wins and 18 doubles victories. Claire was named NEAC East Division Singles First Team and Doubles First Team. She was named co-captain for the second straight season. 

As a junior: Claire, a co-captain, continued to show leadership on and off the court in 2011. She had a team-high 14 doubles wins for all coming at the No. 1 spot. Claire added nine singles victories; seven at No. 2 and a pair at No. 1. For her efforts, she was named Singles and Doubles First Team All-Conference. At season's end, Claire ranked fifth in career doubles with 40 and 10th in career wins with 71.

As a sophomore: Claire continued to solidify herself as one of the top Chargers in recent history. She compiled 24 wins for the second straight season with a 9-2 singles record at No. 3 and a 2-0 mark at No. 4. Claire and Liz Lincoln added a 13-3 record as doubles partners. For their efforts, they garnered All-TCCC First Team Doubles accolades.

As a freshman: Claire had an immediate impact on the success of the Chargers in her first season. She compiled 24 total wins including a 5-1 record a No. 4 singles and a 9-2 record at No. 3 doubles. Toffey's most important victory came with the TCCC title hanging in the balance. She closed out her opponent at No. 4 singles to clinch the TCCC Championship for the Chargers

At Barnstable: Toffey lettered in tennis all four years and was a three-time all-star; twice in doubles and once in singles. Her team won 3 O.C.L. Championships. Toffey was on the Barnstable ice hockey team and was a two-time all-star and won a state championship in 2007.

Personal: Daughter of Jack and Deb Toffey. She has two older brothers, an older sister, and a younger brother. She is majoring in Nursing.
