2024: Ponzini became a star in her second season for the Chargers starting all 18 games. Cecilia ended the year with 25 goals, 22 assists, 38 ground balls, 29 draw controls and 23 caused turnovers. Ponzini earned a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Third Team selection. Cecilia had a breakout game on March 22nd registering a new career-high seven points on four goals and three assists to help Colby-Sawyer defeat Simmons. Ponzini had her best defensive game on March 26th at New England College with a career-high five caused turnovers to go with a pair of goals in another win. Cecilia was awarded the Chargie for Female Most-Improved Athlete of the Year in 2023-24. 

2023: Ponzini was a everyday starter right award for the Chargers women's lacrosse team starting all 18 games and ending the year with 14 goals, 10 assists, 26 grounders, 22 caused turnovers and 37 draw controls. Cecilia had a massive debut for Colby-Sawyer netting three goals and dishing out another assist to go with five ground balls and two caused turnovers in a 17-5 win over New England College. Ponzini added another four point performance on March 31st with two goals and two assists in a 17-12 win at Dean College. Cecilia was later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Rookie Team. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Windham High School, where Ponzini was the most improved player of the year as a junior and a female athlete of the year as a senior. Cecilia was a four-year varsity starter and led her team in assists in her junior and senior year.
