Weymouth, Mass. – The Colby-Sawyer women's tennis team picked up a huge 5-2 win over the University of Massachusetts – Boston on Friday evening. The Chargers improve their overall record to 11-7.

- The Chargers would sweep all three doubles positions to claim the early 1-0 lead over the Beacons. The duos of first-year Sky Jara (South Hamilton, Mass.) and senior Elise Hogan (Duxbury, Mass.) and sophomore Payton Dugan (Vincennes, Ind.) and graduate student Mary Thoms (Northwood, N.H.) would pick up 6-2 wins at the one and three positions respectively.
- In singles action, the Chargers claimed four singles wins to cruise to a 5-2 win over the Beacons. Sophomore Maria Espinosa Lopez (Merida, Mexico) picked up a 6-1, 6-3 win at number three while Hogan cruised to a 6-0, 6-1 victory at number five.
