WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK KICKS OFF SEASON AT SUFFOLK RELAYS

BOSTON, MASS. - The Colby-Sawyer women's indoor track team traveled to Boston on Saturday. The Chargers would see a combined five personal bests on the day.

Rapid Recap:
  • Leah O'Neill would continue her personal best tendencies a 5000m improvement of over fifty seconds from last indoor season, and 21 seconds from cross country.
  • Anna Hildreth would lead the way in the 200m as she crossed the line in a time of 29.49. Kaleigh Dinsmore and Avery Nielsen would both debut in the 200m as they finished in times of 32.93 and 34.37 respectively. 
  • Payton Dugan lead the way for the Chargers in the 60m dash, as she ran a 9.49. Dinsmore would finish right behind her with a time of 9.73.
  • Savannah Cross would get a personal best in her collegiate debut of the women's shot put as she threw a distance of 6.88m
  • The group of Marisa Lambert, Annaliese Rowell, Adriana Nadeau, and Payton Dugan would run the Sprint Medley Relay in a time of 5:08.70.

The Chargers will head up I-89 to take on Dartmouth College for their last meet of the semester.
