TENNIS IMPROVE TO 5-1 IN CNE AGAINST SUFFOLK

Belmont, Mass. – The Colby-Sawyer women's tennis team beat Suffolk University in a CNE matchup 6-1 on Wednesday. 

Rapid Recap: 

  • The Chargers swept in doubles action, earning the doubles point. 

  • Payton Dugan (Vincennes, Ind.) won in #1 singles, 6-4 and 6-0. 

  • Sky Jara (South Hamilton, Mass.) won both sets 6-1, securing a win for the Chargers in #2 singles. 

  • Avery Nielsen (Thornhill, Ontario) swept her match at #3 singles, winning 6-0 and 6-0. 

Up Next: 

The Chargers will play their next conference match on Friday in New London against the University of New England at 3:30pm.
