New London, N.H. – The Colby-Sawyer women's tennis team won 4-3 on Tuesday at the Kelsey Courts against conference opponents Gordon College.

Rapid Recap:

· Sky Jara (South Hamilton, Mass.) and Isabella Gutierrez Avendaño (Tegucigalpa, Honduras) would win at #1 Doubles 6-4. Maria Espinosa Lopez (Merida, Mexico) and Avery Nielsen (Thornhill, Ontario) won their match 7-5 at #2 Doubles helping the Chargers to win the Doubles point.

· Nielsen would kick things off winning at #5 Singles, winning consecutive sets 6-2, 6-2.

· Gutierrez Avendaño won at #2 Singles for the Chargers.

· Payton Dugan (Vincennes, Ind.) played at #1 Singles for the Chargers. Dugan won both sets, propelling the Chargers to another conference victory.
