WESTON, MASS. – The Charger women's tennis team cruised to a 9-0 victory over conference rival Regis College on Saturday, improving to 3-0 in conference play.

- The Chargers swept doubles to clinch an early 3-0 lead with senior Elise Hogan (Duxbury, Mass.) and first-year Skylar Jara (South Hamilton, Mass.) winning 8-1 at the number one doubles position while sophomore Maria Espinosa Lopez (Merida, Mexico) and senior Isabella Gutierrez (Tegucigalpa, Honduras) recorded an 8-0 victory at number two doubles.
- In singles action, the Chargers swept 1-6 singles, with senior Mei Genest (Keene, N.H.) winning 6-0, 6-1 at the number three, junior Callie Valeri (New London, N.H.) 6-0, 6-0 at the number 4, and first-year Amanda Champagne (Clinton, Mass.) rounding out the number five singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win.
