EAST BURKE, Vt. – The Colby-Sawyer women's and men's alpine skiing teams competed on Saturday in Vermont with three scorers from the women's side.
Rapid Recap Day One (Slalom):
- Senior Abigail Larrabee (Durham, Calif.) finished fastest for the women with a 45th place finish earning seven EISA points with a time of 1:41.50.
- Graduate Student Caity Regrut (Telluride, Colo.) followed behind in 46th place earning six EISA points with a time of 1:44.57.
- Wrapping up the third slot for the Chargers was sophomore Maren Elvidge (Steamboat Springs, Colo.) earning five EISA points with a time of 1:44.57.
- The men's side did not have any finishers earning points.

"Had a great race today at Burke!" Senior Larrabee explained, "After yesterday's canceled giant slalom, it was great to get some racing in. I'm very proud of the teams efforts today, and am excited to see what tomorrow brings!"
