WELLESLEY, Mass. – The Colby-Sawyer men's swimming and diving team wrapped up the second day of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championships on Saturday night placing in fourth place out of five teams with one day to go.
Rapid Recap Day 2:
- The Chargers started the day ranking in third place in the 200-yard freestyle relay as first year Parker Hilton (Hudson, N.H.),first year Michael Gordon (Plaistow, N.H.), first year Kadin Braley (Pittsfield, Maine) and first year Tristen Leys (Minot, ND) hit the wall at a time of 1:36.81.
- Leys followed up the performance with a fourth place finish in the 100-yard butterfly finishing at a time of 56.92. Leys added a fifth place finish in the 50-yard freestyle at a 23.43 time.
- Hilton finished the 500-yard freestyle with a 5:14.00 time good for fourth place.
