Coaches Corner:
"Soccer can be a brutal game," said head coach
Anthony Cosky. "I felt we were the better team and created a lot with 27 shots, but just couldn't finish. Their goalkeeper did a good job, but we also just missed the frame too often. We will take some positives from this, learn from it, and become better in all aspects.
We have our first conference game Saturday so that's our focus to have a couple great training sessions and get ready for Anna Maria."
Stats & Figures:
- Bridget O'Connell (Peabody, Mass.) led the team in shots with a total of eight followed by Grace Walsh (Marstons Mills, Mass.) and Sam Bishop (Windham, N.H.) who each recorded four shots during the match.
- LeBreton was able to make seven saves and allowed one goal.
- Colby-Sawyer outshot Mount Holyoke 27-11 and had a 7-8 shots on target differential.
