CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Colby-Sawyer men's swimming and diving team competed this weekend in the Snow Flurries Invitational hosted by SUNY-Cortland featuring six other institutions.
Rapid Recap Day 1 L(87-404):
- First year Tristen Leys (Minot, N.D.) had a fifth-place finish in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:14.51. Leys also finished in seventh place clocking in at 1:03.00 in the 100-yard breaststroke.
- The Chargers grabbed ninth place in the 200-yard medley relay featuring Leys, first year Parker Hilton (Hudson, N.H.), first year Michael Gordon (Plaistow, N.H.), and Travis Pendleton (Webster, N.H) with a time of 2:00.4.
Rapid Recap Day 2 L(136-728):
- On day two of the invitational, Leys snagged ninth place in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:09.43. Leys was also a member of the 400-yard medley relay with Parker, Pendleton, and first year Kadin Braley (Pittsfield, Maine) finishing in seventh place.
- In the 200-yard freestyle, Braley finished in 11th place clocking in at 2:18.24.
- Parker finished in 14th place in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:02.07.

The Chargers will return to the Knight Natatorium on Saturday, January 7th to host Regis College and Simmons University with a start time of 1:00 PM.
