Women's Lacrosse Topped by Keene State

KEENE, N.H. - March 10, 2020 - The Colby-Sawyer women's lacrosse team was defeated by Keene State, 14-1, in non-conference action Tuesday afternoon. 

Colby-Sawyer drops to 2-2 on the season and will resume Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action on Saturday with a home opener against Regis. Keene State improves to 1-2. 

Hannah Marquis scored the lone goal for the Chargers and picked up a team best four ground balls. Kailyn Lapham posted 11 saves in goal. 

Ali Daisy tallied a team best seven points on two goals and five assists. Halie Ratajack and Brigid Casey each scored four times. Casey added two assists and five draw controls. 

Rebecca Koziara played the first half in goal and made one stop to earn the win. Haley Terva finished the game with one goal allowed and four saves. 

The Owls outscored Colby-Sawyer 11-0 in the first half and had a 3-1 edge in the second.
