NEW LONDON, N.H. - January 11, 2019 - The Colby-Sawyer men's swim team began the 2020 portion on its schedule with a home meet against Regis College on Saturday afternoon at the Knight Natatorium. Regis edged the Chargers by a 69-64 score. 

RESULTS

Garrett Scahill and Steven Moody took the top two spots in the 100 butterfly. Scahill clocked in first at 1:00.52, while Moody was a tad behind at 1:00.89. 

Max Isley came away with a second place finish in the 100 freestyle in a season best time of 52.94, just off the 52.15 pace of the race winner from Regis. 

Scahill finished the 100 backstroke in 1:01.51. 

Moody lowered his season best time to 26.52 to win the 50 butterfly. He was followed by Tim Gablosky at 29.08. 

The Chargers have a quick turnaround with another home meet on Wednesday against Elms at noon.
