WENHAM, Mass. - January 26, 2019 - The Colby-Sawyer men's swimming team earned a 55-27 victory at Gordon on Saturday afternoon. 

RESULTS

Junior Tim Gablosky (Fremont, N.H.) clocked in at 32.79 to win the 50 backstroke. He placed second in the 50 butterfly at 31.01. Gablosky was third in the 100 freestyle with a time of 59.87. 

Sophomore Steven Moody (Gloucester, Mass.) took the top spot in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:00.55. He also won the 50 butterfly by touching the wall in 27.15. Moody finished second in the 100 freestyle in 56.26. 

Sophomore Garrett Scahill (Manville, R.I.) won the 100 backstroke in a time of 1:05.10. He posted a season best time of 1:59.01 in the 200 freestyle to finish second by .28. Scahill added a second place in the 100 butterfly at 1:06.17. 

The team will compete at the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship next week.
