NORTHFIELD, Vt. – October 24, 2015 – The Colby-Sawyer men's swimming and diving team opened the 2015-16 season with a dual meet versus the Cadets of Norwich University Saturday afternoon.

Colby-Sawyer had strong performances from by
Devin Uhlman,
Brett Cayer and
Jameson Ploch with each earning first place finishes. Uhlman earned the top finish in the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:34.00, while Cayer and Ploch each earned the first place finishes in the 50 yard butterfly and 200 yard IM respectively. Cayer finished in a time of 26.20 and Ploch in 2:21.51.
The 200 yard freestyle relay team of
Josh Paszczuk,
Chris Manwaring,
Mason Amitrano and
Brett Cayer earned a first place finish. The team finished in a time of 1:38.35.
Colby-Sawyer returns to the pool Saturday November 7 when they host Saint Michael's College.
