Men's Swimming and Diving Falls to UMass Dartmouth

NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – February 1, 2014 – The Colby-Sawyer men's swimming and diving team fell to host University of Massachusetts Dartmouth 164-135.
 
COMPLETE RESULTS
 
Senior Keenan Bartlett earned a first place finish in the 200 yard backstroke (2:10.45) and placed second in the 200 yard IM.
 
Freshman Brett Cayer placed first in the 50 yard freestyle (23.85).
 
Cayer also helped the 200 yard freestyle team of Kyle Harris, Stuart Aquadro and Josh Paszczuk to a first place finish. The team finished in a time of 1:35.08.
 
Harris earned a first place finish in the 100 yard freestyle (52.11) and a second place finish in the 50 yard freestyle in addition to aiding the first place 200 yard freestyle team.
 
Junior Justin Banos placed first in the 50 yard breaststroke (29.86) and second in the 200 yard breaststroke.
 
The Chargers will travel to the University of Rhode Island to compete in the NEISDA Championships in two weeks.
