Kristin Ellis (South Easton, Mass.) led 13 Colby-Sawyer scorers with a career-high 17 points in Tuesday's 92-21 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) victory over Green Mountain.

Colby-Sawyer improves to 7-9 overall and 6-3 in the NAC, while Green Mountain drops to 1-11 overall and 0-8 in conference play. The Chargers play at New England College on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Green Mountain hosts Thomas at 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening.
Ellis went 8-9 from the floor for 17 points to lead all players and added a career-high seven rebounds. Junior
Kelsey Bragdon (Wells, Maine) recorded her second double-double of the season with 15 points and a game best 10 boards. Senior
Ashley Fruzzetti (Carver, Mass.) also scored 15 on 6-9 shooting, while freshman
Lexi Iannone (North Haven, Conn.) chipped in 11. Senior
Mari Meserve (Carver, Mass.) pulled down nine caroms.
Freshman Alexandra Reedy (Rutland, Vt.) led Green Mountain with 12 points and was 8-8 from the free throw line. She added seven rebounds and three blocks. Senior Virginia Anderson (Silver Spring, Md.) collected a team best eight rebounds.
The Chargers led from the opening tip and controlled play throughout the game. The home team forced 21 Green Mountain miscues, which turned into 31 points. Colby-Sawyer also had a 65-28 margin in rebounding.
Colby-Sawyer led 45-10 at the break and held the Eagles to one field goal in the opening 20 minutes. Reedy made all eight of her free throws in the first half for Green Mountain.
