Courtney O'Hara (Mystic, Conn.) became the fifth Colby-Sawyer player to reach the 1,000 career kill mark, as the Chargers swept Emmanuel and Brandeis on Saturday afternoon.
Colby-Sawyer defeated Emmanuel 25-22, 25-16, and 25-10 in the day's first match and followed with a 25-18, 25-23, and
25-16 sweep of the host Judges.

O'Hara led all players with 11 kills, as she surpassed 1,000 kills with 1,004. She hit an impressive match best .611. Middle hitter
Emilee McBride added eight kills and a match-high four total blocks. Junior Jacki Keating chipped in with seven kills and seven digs. Senior
Ally Le-Bruno collected a match-high 20 digs. Sophomore
Laura Smolinski had a double-double with 27 assists and 12 digs.

Stephanie Vecchio contributed nine and eight kills, respectively.
Colby-Sawyer will play at Middlebury on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
