PITTSFIELD, Mass. - October 6, 2013 - The Colby-Sawyer women's tennis team completed its second straight undefeated North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) East Division schedule with an 8-1 win at MCLA on Sunday. The match was moved indoors to Berkshire West due to wet weather in the Berskhires.
MCLA finishes its season at 1-12. The Chargers improve to 7-4 on the season, including a perfect 5-0 mark in league play.
Colby-Sawyer didn't drop a game in the opening doubles matches sweeping all three points by identical 8-0 scores. The Chargers didn't let up from there. They won the first five singles matches to cruise to victory.

Charlotte Horton,
Ellen Graham, and
Conley Dion all secured two points for Colby-Sawyer.
MCLA's Kylie Dumas earned the lone point for the Trailblazers winning 6-0, 6-0 in the sixth singles slot.
The Chargers host Southern Maine on Wednesday before beginning conference tournament play next weekend at Castleton.
