Rivier Outlasts Volleyball, 3-2

NASHUA, N.H. - September 15, 2011 - Colby-Sawyer sophomore Ally Le-Bruno eclipsed the 1000 dig mark in a 3-2 loss at Rivier in nonconference play on Thursday evening. The Chargers fall to 3-7 on the season.

Rivier won by scores of 25-15, 21-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-10.

BOX SCORE

Le-Bruno tallied 37 digs in the match and became the 9th Charger to reach 1000 career digs. Courtney O'Hara had a team best 17 kills. Emilee McBride hit .300 and recorded nine kills.

The Chargers host a tri-match on Saturday and will play Emmanuel at 11:00 am and Brandeis at 3:00 pm.
