Volleyball Sweeps Elms and Smith

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - September 11, 2010 - The women's volleyball team picked up two victories on Saturday. The Chargers beat Elms 3-0 in the first match and followed with a 3-0 sweep of the host, Smith College.

Colby-Sawyer won three games easily over the Blazers of Elms (25-10, 25-15, 25-15).

After a close 25-23 victory in set one over Smith, the Chargers cruised in games two and three, 25-13 and 25-17, respectively.

The Chargers will play at Mass. College of Liberal Arts on Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
