Women's Swimming and Diving Falls To Plymouth State

NEW LONDON, N.H. - November 21, 2010 -  The women's swimming and diving team was defeated by Plymouth State University on Sunday by a score of 125-132. The Chargers posted six first place finishes on the day.

The Chargers began the day with a first place finish in the women's 200 yard medley relay. The team of Morgan Parker, Erin Dunican, Natalie Whaley and Kat Donohue finished with a time of 2:02.99.

Dunican also had individual first place finishes in the 50 yard breaststroke (34.21), the 50 yard freestyle (27.29) and the 100 yard breaststroke (1:15.22).

Freshman Ari Marks placed first in the 200 yard IM at a time of 2:45.80.

The Chargers completed the day with a first place win in the 400 yard freestyle relay. Hannah Fairbank, Chanelle Arsenault, Krissy Berteletti and Kat Donohue won the relay with a time of 4:36.39.

The men and women both return to action December 3 when they travel to Roger Williams University for the TCCC Invitational.
