Endicott Defeats Volleyball 3-0 in ECAC Semifinals

BEVERLY, Mass. - November 13, 2010 - The Colby-Sawyer women's volleyball season saw their season end on Saturday in a 3-0 loss to Endicott in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) semifinals. Colby-Sawyer finishes the season with a 20-15 record.

The Gulls won the match by scores of 25-19, 25-21, and 25-17 to advance to the finals. Endicott eventually lost to Keene State in the ECAC Championship, 3-1.

The Chargers were led by a match-high 13 kills from senior Michelle Doody. Doody also added 16 digs. Freshman Ally Le-Bruno finished with a match best 21 digs, while junior Kristin Sawyer tallied 27 assists. Freshman Emilee McBride hit an impressive .538 and registered eight kills and four blocks.
