Michelle Doody Breaks School Record for Career Kills

KEENE, N.H. - October 9, 2010 – The Colby-Sawyer women's volleyball team dropped both ends of a tri-match on Saturday to Brandeis and Keene. The Chargers were defeted by Keene 3-0 (25-19, 26-24, 25-22) and then by Brandeis 3-0 (25-22, 25-22, 25-23).

Colby Sawyer drops to 10-10 and will resume TCCC play on Wednesday with a 7:00 pm match at the University of New England.
 
In the second set of match one with Keene, outside-hitter Michelle Doody (Franklin, Mass.) broke the all-time kills record, passing Kathy Couture with 1,507 career kills. She finished the match with 13 kills. Courtney O'Hara also added a career-high 13 kills in the match. Ally Le-Bruno anchored the defense with 30 digs.
