Women's Tennis Suffers First Setback at Home

NEW LONDON, N.H. - October 5, 2010 - The Colby-Sawyer women's tennis team suffered their first home loss of the season on Tuesday afternoon. Endicott scored the required five points before the rain began to fall and earned the 5-1 victory. 

The Chargers are now 8-3 overall and 7-3 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference. Endicott improves to 8-4 overall and 8-2 in conference play. 

The No. 2 doubles team of Stephanie Carlsson and Carolyn Drake was responsible for the lone Colby-Sawyer point before play was called. They defeated Kristen DiFillippo and Gina Pinciaro, 8-4.
