NASHUA, N.H. - September 17, 2009 - The Colby-Sawyer women's volleyball team rebounded from their first loss of the season with a 3-1 victory at Rivier on Thursday evening. The Chargers dropped the first set 20-25 but won the next three by scores of 25-23, 28-26, and 25-20. Colby-Sawyer improves to 5-1 on the season and will begin conference play on Saturday with a tri-match at the University of New England. Rivier drops to 3-6 with the loss.

Megan White (Monroe, Conn.) contributed 13 kills, while fellow senior
Mickey LaPan (Medway, Mass.) tallied 27 digs to lead the Chargers defensively.
