Jeremy Willens was hired in late August of 2010 to take over head coaching duties of the Colby-Sawyer men's and women's diving teams.
The new Colby-Sawyer coach was a member of the United States Professional High Diving Team representing the US in international high diving and cliff diving competitions.
Jeremy's professional achievements include being a three-time Acapulco Cliff Diving Team Champion and the Professional High Diving World Cup Team Champion. In addition to his team accolades, Jeremy was the first person ever to dive off the top cliff of Acapulco backwards - performing a back triple somersault as seen on ESPN. He also was the first person ever to perform a backwards quadruple somersault from over 80 feet.
Willens also holds the distinction of Southern California 1-meter and 3-meter Southern Coast Conference Champion - California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA).
One of Jeremy's best coaching jobs came in 2004 when he guided his team to the Colorado State swimming & diving championship title in Montrose, Colo.
When Jeremy was not competing professionally, he performed in high diving aquatic entertainment shows in amusement parks, water parks and at fairs throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and New Zealand.
