2022: Alberti was named a team captain for the 2022 season. Thea appeared in 17 games for the Chargers, starting in all 17 of those appearances. Throughout her 1508 minutes of play Alberti registered a pair of  goals, both scored on September 14th against Northern Vermont University - Johnson. Alberti was later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Third Team as well as the 2022 United Soccer Coaches All-Region Third Team Honors. Thea also got to compete in the NEWISA Senior Bowl. Alberti leaves the Chargers with eight career points off of four goals in 4459 minutes played. Thea started in all games she appeared in for the Chargers throughout her career. 

2021: Alberti was named a team captain prior to 2021 and played on the pitch like a captain, starting all 15 games and logging over 1,228 minutes. Thea had four shots this year for the Chargers, but mostly was a key factor on the defensive side of the ball. Alberti was a major factor in the Chargers three shutouts in 2021. 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019: Alberti was named to the All-GNAC Third Team as one of the top defenders in the league. She started in each of the team's games and played all but 27 minutes of the season. She notched her first collegiate point with a game-winning goal against Fitchburg State in the second game of the year. Alberti added another goal later in the season, but was she did on the defensive end of the field was more impressive. She was a major factor in helping the Chargers record three shutouts and post the fifth best goals allowed number in the league.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Wilmington High School and was a dual sport athlete participating in soccer and track & field. Alberti was a three-time Middlesex League champion in soccer and a Middlesex League champion in track & field once. Thea was also an all-star in both sports and was awarded the SILS award. Alberti is also a member of the National Honor Society.
