Miro Gladovic joined the Colby-Sawyer College Women’s Soccer coaching staff in 2025 as an Assistant Coach & Goalkeeper Coach, bringing a wealth of experience in player development, tactical analysis, and international soccer expertise. With a dynamic background spanning coaching, player representation, media, and consulting for some of the biggest names in global sports, Gladovic is dedicated to elevating the Chargers’ competitive edge on and off the field.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Gladovic’s soccer journey began as a young FIFA Players’ Agent—Australia’s first-ever licensed agent and the youngest in the world at the time. His deep understanding of the game led him to work with elite clubs such as FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
At Colby-Sawyer, Gladovic works closely with Head Coach Anthony Cosky, contributing to training sessions, tactical preparation, goalkeeper development, recruitment, and video analysis. He fosters a competitive yet supportive environment, challenging players to push their limits while embracing growth and accountability. His extensive background in professional pathwaysalso makes him a valuable resource for student-athletes aspiring to play at the next level.
Beyond Colby-Sawyer, Gladovic is the founder of Soccer Family Agent and the World Soccer Resource Center, pioneering soccer platforms designed to empower players and parents navigating the complex world of professional recruitment—both domestically and internationally.
Gladovic previously coached with the New York Red Bulls’ Youth Program and has spent the past two years as Head Coach of multiple Seacoast United youth teams. He is also a consulting educator with MSM Performance Academy in Naples, FL. He currently holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) C License.
With his unique blend of experience, passion, and global soccer knowledge, Gladovic is a valuable addition to the Colby-Sawyer College Women’s Soccer program, committed to building a culture of excellence and development for the next generation of players.
