2024: O'Connell was a captain for the second year running, starting in all 21 games for the Chargers in the 2024 season. Bridget was a key offensive player again for the Chargers offense. In the 2024 season Bridget had 22 goals, 7 assists, 135 shots landing 74 on net, and 5 game winners. O'Connell made herself arguably one of the best offensive players the program has ever seen, setting multiple records. Bridget broke her own record for points in a single season (49), and most goals in a season (22). O'Connell finished 9th in the nation for Division III for total goals while ranking second in the Great Northest Athletic Conference (GNAC). Bridget had two games where she totaled 9 points with 4 goals and 1 assist each against Mitchell College and Rivier. O'Connell was named to the GNAC All-Conference First Team. Bridget was later named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Second Team and to the NEWISA All-New England Second Team.

2023: O'Connell was a captain starting in all 22 games for the Chargers this season. Bridget was a key player in the offense for the Chargers. In the 2023 seasons Bridget had 21 goals, 5 assists, 123 shots landing 62 on net, and 5 game winners. O'Connell set the record for goals scored in a season (21) and most points in a within a single season (47). Bridget ranked 1st in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) for goals (21) and 2nd for points (47). O'Connell had her best game at Mitchell scoring a hat trick and registering an assist. Bridget tallied two goals and an assist at New England College. O'Connell had two other 5 point games against Simmons and Saint Joseph (CT) with two goals and an assist. Bridget helped the Chargers in their home quarter-final win against Regis College, scoring two goals for a 3-2 final. O'Connell was later named the GNAC Offensive Player of the Year. Bridget was also named to the GNAC All-Conference First Team. O'Connell was then named to the 2023 United Soccer Coaches All-Region Second Team and to the NEWISA All-New England Third Team. 

2022: O'Connell started in all 21 games for the chargers this season. Bridget ended the season recording 1,820 minutes, a career-high 10 goals, and four assists for 24 points. O'Connell ranked 9th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in goals and points. O'Connell had a big performance in the Chargers first GNAC matchup on September 10th against Anna Maria College, where she scored two goals and earned one assist. Bridget tallied two scores on September 14th against Northern Vermont University - Johnson in a 6-0 Charger win. O'Connell added another five-point game on September 21st against Dean College with two goals and an assist. Bridget was later named to the GNAC All-Conference Third Team as well as the 2022 United Soccer Coaches All-Region Third Team honors.

2021: O'Connell was a star in her first season with the Chargers starting 14 of the 15 matches in 2021. Bridget ended the season with five goals and two assists on 42 shots (21 shots on net) in 1,206 minutes. O'Connell scored her first collegiate goal on September 18th in a 1-0 win against Simmons University. O'Connell followed up the performance with a career-best two goal performance against Regis College on September 22nd. Bridget added another big performance on October 16th registering a goal and an assist in a 3-1 victory against Anna Maria College. O'Connell also won the Chargie for Moment of the Year in 2021 with her game-winner against Simmons University.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Peabody High School and was a dual-sport athlete participating in soccer and track & field.
