As a senior: Schuster, who was named to the GNAC Sportsmanship Team, showed her versatility this season by playing multiple positions on the field. In addition to her two goals and three assists, Schuster was tied for second on the team with a pair of defensive saves. She finished her career ranked in the top-5 in points (4th, 49), goals (4th, 19) and assists (3rd, 11).
As a junior: Schuster was one of five Chargers to play and start in all 17 of the Chargers' games in 2017. She was fifth on the team with 11 points on four goals and three assists. One of her goals was the game-winner in a 2-1 victory over Mount Ida on October 21.
As a sophomore: Schuster followed an impressive first season with 19 points on eight goals and three assists in 2016. She was second on the team in points and goals. One of her goals was the game-winner against Regis on September 7. The forward scored in seven different games with the Chargers winning six of them en route to a program record 11 victories.
As a freshman. Schuster had an immediate impact on the Charger offense in her first season. She played in all 17 of Colby-Sawyer's games and was fourth on the team in points (12), goals (5) and assists (2). In just her third collegiate game on September 6, Schuster scored the game-winner to lift the team to a 2-0 win over Elms. Days after senior Brittany Grandbois recorded the program's first hat-trick, Schuster registered the second. She scored three times in a 7-0 win over Daniel Webster on September 23. Schuster earned one NAC Rookie of the Week award.
At Hopkinton: Sierra played field hockey for the Hawks. She was a twin-state nominee, the top scorer on the team and second high scorer in the division. She helped the team to a runner-up finish in states.
