Courtney Duquette is in her third season with Emily Dewdney's coaching staff for the 2023 season. Duquette will primary work as the goalkeepers coach. Courtney was a goalkeeper for 24 years in total including for New England College from 2010-2014, where she was nationally ranked in her junior and senior year.
Duquette has been coaching on and off since high school specializing in goalkeeping and then has coached at Mascoma Valley Regional High School.
Duquette presently works as a program manager for continuous improvement and learning programs at Hypertherm where Courtney educates other associates on a global scale.
Duquette graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Sports and Outdoor Leadership. She also recieved her Master of Science in Buisness Administration with a specialty in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
