Our instructors are professionally certified to bring you safe, fun group exercise classes. All classes except Forever Fit take place in the group fitness room. The room features a suspended wooden floor and mirrors along one wall.Forever Fit is held in the Hogan gym.

Fitness Class Descriptions
Forever Fit Circuit- This class consists of various stations focused on cardio, strength and balance followed by stretch and cool down. It is adaptable to give everyone from the novice exerciser to the fitness enthusiast a challenging and effective workout.
Spin-This class has you pedaling up and down hills all to heart pumping music. Huge calorie burn class!
STRONG Nation-"STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Yoga - Fit, Kripalu, & Hatha - These classes can help you to improve strength, flexibility, and stamina. Proper breathing techniques will be introduced to help you to sustain postures and reduce stress. They each offer their own flavor or focus.
Zumba - A combination of dance and fitness set to Latin American Music that is easy to follow, gives you a great workout, and lets you go at your own pace by learning how to Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia: Zumba Step and Tone-Same great music, using the step and adding some toning. Great overall workout.
Zumba Gold/Beginner- The Zumba workout with a little less of the fancy footwork, but just as much high-energy fun
