2023: Keiper was a key factor for the Chargers this season starting in all 22 games and registering 1,879 minutes. Kara ended the year with eight goals and six assists, earning 14 points on the season. Kara was ranked 11th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in assists (6). Keiper's best game of the season was at Dean College notching a pair of goals to help the Chargers to their 4-2 victory. Kara was later named to the GNAC All-Conference Second Team and College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for the 2023 season. 

2022: Keiper continued her impact for the Chargers this season starting in all 21 games and registering 1,721 minutes. Kara ended the year with seven goals and three assists, earning her 17 points for the season. Keiper ranked 16th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in points (17) and 16th in goals (7). Kara had a career-game on October 15th where she logged a hat trick in a 5-0 Charger victory over Rivier University. Keiper added goals on September 1st against Maine Maritime Academy, September 14th against Northern Vermont University - Johnson, September 21st against Dean College and on October 13th at Salem State University. Kara was later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Third Team as well as the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for the 2022 season. 

2021: Keiper made an immediate impact for the Chargers in 2021, starting 14 of the 15 games and logging over 1,150 minutes. Kara ended the year tied for second on the team with two goals, on 13 shots. Keiper scored her first goal of the season on October 2nd at Dean College. Keiper netted her second goal of the year on October 16th in a 3-1 win against Anna Maria College. 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19.
