Biography

In 2008: Finethy has become one of the top performers for the Chargers in the throwing events. She had one of her best performances on the season at the Eastern Connecticut Invitational where she finished third in the shot put (8.93m), fifth in the discus (26.88m), and seventh in the hammer throw (25.13m). At TCCC Invitational, Finethey placed fourth in the hammer throw, discus, and shot put events.

Personal: Daughter of Cindy and Rich Finethy. Has one brother, Richy. Majoring in Communications, with minors in English and Women's Studies.
