Biography

As a junior: Liz anchored the backfield starting at defense in all 18 of Colby-Sawyer's games. In addition to her stellar defense that led to eight shutouts, Liz added three assists.

As a sophomore: Liz played in 15 contests on the defensive side of the ball in her second season. She also pitched in an assist.

As a freshman: Williams started in 16 games for the Chargers, making 17 total appearances. She finished the season tied for fifth on the team for most total points with five. Williams tallied her first goal on September 4, in a win over Lyndon State. Williams also collected three assists on the season.

Personal: Daughter of Nancy Williams. Has two brothers named Joe and Tim and a sister named Steph. Majoring in Sport Management.
