As a senior: Upham earned her second straight nod to the All-NAC Second Team. She ranked fourth in goals with seven and tied for fourth in points with 14 in conference games. Upham finished the season third on the team in points on seven goals and one assist. Two of her goals were game-winning goals. Upham ends her Colby-Sawyer career ranked seventh in program history with 25 career goals and eighth in career points with 54. Upham was named NAC Player of the Week once this season.
As a junior: Upham was named to the NAC Second Team after ranking seventh and eighth in goals and points, respectively, in conference play. She finished the season second on the team with 26 points on 12 goals and a pair of assists. Upham recorded the seventh most points and seventh most goals in a single season in program history.
As a sophomore: Michelle scored three goals and had one assist in 20 appearances. She recorded a goal and an assist in Colby-Sawyer's 4-0 win over Green Mountain on September 22.
As a freshman: Michelle played in 18 of 20 games in 2011. She recorded three goals, which was fourth most on the team. Her first collegiate tally came in her first game on Sept. 3 against Rivier.
At Chelsea: Michelle was a three sport athlete for the Red Devils. She was All-State in soccer, basketball and lacrosse as a senior. Michelle was a four-time Central Vermont All-Star in soccer and lacrosse. She earned High Honors and was on the Honor Roll.
Personal: Daughter of John and Deb. Has two sisters named Laura and Kim. Michelle is a Nursing major. She also is a member of the Colby-Sawyer women's lacrosse team.
