Summary

Biography

As a senior: Kessler scored one goal in 14 appearances in her final season. She exits Colby-Sawyer with the third most career points (25), goals (9) and assists (7). 

As a junior: Kessler continued to be a reliable offensive option in 17 games in 2013. She was tied for fourth on the team with six points on two goals and two assists. 

As a sophomore: Katharine was second on the team with seven points on three goals and an assist. She scored a pair of goals, including the game-winner on September 2 against Becker. She played in all 15 games. 

As a freshman: Katharine was third on the team in points with 10. She appeared in all 16 games and had three goals and four assists. Katharine scored her first collegiate goal in the first game of 2011 against Anna Maria. She added a game-winning goal against Elms on Sept. 17.

At Newport: Katharine earned four varsity letters in field hockey for the Tigers. She was Second Team All-State as a senior. Katharine is a member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Laura. Has a brother named Philip. Katharine is a Public Health major.
