WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK READY TO TAKE ON SEASON OPENER

New London, NH – The Colby-Sawyer women's indoor track & field team is looking to get their season underway in Boston on Saturday at the Suffolk Relays.

The Chargers finished fifth at the GNAC Championship meet last year and will look to kick off a strong season on Saturday. The Chargers have a lot of newcomers joining the squad, as well as a strong group of returners.

These are three returners for the Chargers, looking to help the squad compile a strong season:

  • Adriana Nadeau (Londonderry, NH) – Nadeau is the reigning GNAC Champion in the 5000m with a time of 19:35 last season. Nadeau ran a personal best in the indoor mile at last season's Riverhawk Invitational with a time of 5:46.

  • Leah O'Neill (Peabody, MA) – O'Neill finished second in the GNAC Championship 5000m race last season with a time of 20:28. O'Neill ran a personal best in the 3000m at last season's NEICAA Championship meet, running an 11:46.

  • Teddy Pollack (Arlington, MA) – Pollack finished fourth in the Weight Throw at last season's GNAC Championship meet throwing 12.07m. Pollack's personal best in the shotput of 9.76m was achieved at last season's Yankee Small College Invitational.

Looking Ahead:

After Saturday's meet, the Charger's will travel to Hanover, NH for the Dartmouth Winter Meet next Saturday.
