Chargers Finish Off Regionals in 3rd Place and Win Team Challenge Cup

ROLLINSFORD, N.H. - On Saturday, the Chargers finished off the IHSA Regionals at Whishmaker Stables. 

Rapid Recap:
The Chargers ended the year with a 3rd overall place finish.

Junior Allison McNamara was named both the open hunter seat equitation over fences champion as well as the open hunter seat equitation on the flat champion. McNamara will continue on to IHSA Zone Finals, where she will compete in open fences, open flat and open high point classes. 

Rider Spotlight:
"Regionals went great for everyone!", said junior Allison McNamara. "The team challenge got everyone involved! Thank you to our coaches, captain, and all the horses that made today possible!"

The team of Mia Rae, Emma Welch, Abby Larrabee and Anastasia DiBurro placed in first in the Team Challenge Cup representing Colby-Sawyer. 

Up Next:
McNamara will compete in Zone Finals at Mt. Holyoke College Equestrian Center on April 7th and 8th.
