Box Score NEW LONDON, N.H. – October 26, 2013 – The Colby-Sawyer College field hockey team fell to Saint Joseph's of Maine, 2-0 in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) contest Saturday afternoon at Mercer Field.

Saint Joseph's is currently in second place in the NAC with a 7-2 and is 13-2 overall. The Monks will host a non-conference contest against Plymouth State on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. The Chargers end the season at 6-11 overall and 1-8 in conference action.
The visitors got on the board in the 23rd minute on a goal by sophomore Meghan Williams (Greenland, N.H.). The goal was Williams' first of the season.
Less than 10 minutes later, the Monks increased their lead to two goals. Sophomore Amanda Celata (Dedham, Mass.) found freshman teammate Elizabeth O'Neal (Topsham, Maine) who scored her second goal of the season.
The second half went scoreless as the Monks possessed the ball throughout the frame.

Jodi Dumayne (Claremont, N.H.) made nine saves in the loss.
The Monks had a 15-1 advantage in shots and an 8-2 edge in penalty corners.
