Tracey Proctor (Sr., Concord, N.H.)... Tracey led the equestrian team at UNH last weekend by tying for High Point Rider after winning the Intermediate Fences class and the Open Flat class. She has qualified for Regionals in Novice Fences and Intermediate Flat.
