"I was so impressed with our season this year, so much that it is hard to put into words. Not being able to have a season last year due to Covid-19 was extremely difficult for me to go through. I see field hockey as something much more than a sport. It allows me to grow as a teammate and a person. Being able to make it all the way to the GNAC championship was an honor in itself, despite the final outcome. I definitely came into this season hungry to get out on the field and make something happen, and I am so humbled and honored to have had this season go as amazing as it did for me. Being on such a big team has allowed me to make such special friendships that I know will last a lifetime. My teammates, both from the past and present seasons, are the people who push me to strive to the levels I have reached. Receiving motivation from my teammates each and every day has allowed me to grow tremendously as a person and player over the past two seasons.”
