Colby-Sawyer junior Garrett Scahill (Manville, R.I.) set a school record to win the 200 backstroke and lead the men's swim team on the second day of the 2020 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship held at the Boston Sports Institute Wellesley Sports Center. Scahill clocked in with a Colby-Sawyer and GNAC record time of 1:59.68 to win the 200 backstroke and earn the team 11 points. The time beat the previous school record mark of 2:02.42 set by Mason Amitrano '18 on Feb. 14, 2015.
