Highlighting the afternoon for the Chargers at the elite Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational was a record-setting performance in the 1000 meter run by Alison Fairbairn. Fairbairn crossed the finish line with a new program record time of 3:15.24 to beat the previous time of 3:16.26 set by Lauren Oligny '18 last year.
